State Street's Custody Product organization is looking to solve the business problem of supporting the Americas Custody Product Management Team and facilitating the transformation of the business
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise of the Custody family of products; Global Custody, Direct Custody and associated FX and Cash products
- Working knowledge of data visualisation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive problem resolution
- Prior experience working in Operations and/or Technology
- Comfort with driving transformative agendas
- Excellent track record of executing for desired outcomes
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Americas Custody Product Managers to manage commercial growth and business development efforts
- Manage and address client inquiries and provide required analysis
- Drive client/product solutioning engaging with relevant business stakeholder to achieve desired outcomes
- Provide product domain expertise to the Product Managers in the day to day running of the business
- Support the documentation of new or enhanced products
- Work with the Product Managers to identify areas for improvement of the core product
Other
- Seasoned Officer/AVP with 5+ years’ experience in Securities Services
- Consultative experience working with Institutional Investors
- Strong team player who is comfortable working across complex organisations and collaborating with partners
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting to all levels within the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple responsibilities at any given time
