LPL Financial is undergoing an Investor Experience system modernization initiative and is looking for experienced Data Engineers to contribute to this project, aiming to positively impact a large user base by providing high-quality data at scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with Angular, C-Sharp .NET, AWS, Python, and SQL.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS services including Glue, EKS, S3, MongoDB/DocDB, Postgres, API Gateway, and Kafka.
  • 4+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning; Snowflake experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience with source control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins, Jules).
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or brokerage firms.
  • Proficient in API development using C-Sharp .NET, EKS, and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on coding and implementation of resilient, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • Leverage modern tech stacks and development best practices to deliver business value.
  • Develop technical documentation outlining system components and workflows.
  • Partner with business units, technology teams, and product owners to align solutions with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with QA, Release Management, and DevOps to ensure SDLC compliance.
  • Oversee and participate in Agile/Scrum POD activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead and inspire a team of onshore and offshore developers to build, deploy, and support best-in-class software solutions.
