HCA Healthcare is looking to drive the continued success of data-driven initiatives across HRG by developing and implementing scalable, impactful data science solutions aligned to HRG’s priorities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Relevant certifications in data science or related fields are a plus.
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in HR analytics is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for both business analytics and advanced analytics functions within HR.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable insights to support business operations and growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of data science solutions to address key HR challenges and opportunities.
- Enable ongoing forecasting and predictive modeling capabilities.
- Drive demand-supply analytics to optimize workforce planning.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical tools.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and insights.
Other
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data science solutions.
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
