Responsibilities
- Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap focused on AI, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and advanced digital platforms.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement.
- AI & Automation Initiatives: Lead projects that integrate AI models, predictive analytics, and automation tools into core business processes.
- Digital Platform Development: Oversee design and deployment of scalable digital platforms that support omnichannel experiences and data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Governance & Metrics: Define KPIs for innovation success, including ROI, adoption rates, and operational impact.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of AI engineers, automation specialists, and digital product managers.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology innovation, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on AI and automation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
