Requirements
- at least ten years of commercial casualty insurance experience

- CPCU or similar designation is highly preferred

Responsibilities
- developing and filing rates, rules, and forms
- transforming regulatory demands into seamless product launches
- interpreting complex coverage requirements
- ensuring every form and endorsement aligns with both compliance and business goals
- championing compliance in areas such as regulatory updates, underwriting manuals, and bureau interactions
- translating regulatory changes into actionable strategies
- managing specialty program compliance
