LPL Financial's Advisor Integrated Marketing team is seeking an experienced product marketing leader to help advisors grow their businesses and achieve better outcomes. This role plays a pivotal part in helping refine how we deliver impactful, scalable marketing programs that support advisor growth and success. You’ll directly influence how LPL brings to market key programs that help advisors manage and grow their businesses.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with a proven record of developing and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Experience in audience research, messaging frameworks, and persona development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign effectiveness and translating insights into action.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and launch plans for products and programs that support advisor growth and practice management.
- Partner with Advisor Integrated Marketing leadership and product teams to define positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation for each initiative.
- Produce and maintain a dynamic product marketing roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Translate product features and benefits into compelling marketing assets and sales enablement materials.
- Integrate launches into core marketing experiences, including conferences, newsletters, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Establish KPIs for each GTM initiative and monitor performance through campaign reporting and insights.
