NextGen Digital and Customer Care modernization of a legacy enterprise system for a high-profile federal client
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Experience with Python development
- Experience with version control tools such as GitLab
- Experience with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS tool
- Amazon Lex experience
- Experience building, optimizing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification
Responsibilities
- Develop and test IVR contact flows and modules in Amazon Connect
- Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
- Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
Other
- US Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Public Trust
- 2+ years of software development experience
