The Axiom Developer role is responsible for creating and managing regulatory reports, translating business requirements into functional specifications, designing, developing, and implementing Axiom solutions to meet business requirements, including creating data sources, data models, and reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Axiom development
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of other financial reporting tools and technologies
• Axiom certified
• Strong understanding of extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various systems into the Axiom platform.
• Familiarity with error handling, logging mechanisms, and security measures

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Axiom solutions to meet business requirements, resolve technical issues, and optimize performance
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Ability to troubleshoot all issues withing Axiom and work with vendor to resolve open items
• Have a good understanding of scalability and needed solutions
• Proficiency in Axiom ControllerView and other Axiom components: Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand’s, Portfolios, Aggregations, Tabular Reports, Free Forms, and Data Lineage.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining data integrity
• Expertise in data mapping metadata management and performance optimization
