Microsoft is seeking an Azure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation by solving complex challenges related to Azure workloads, including AI, Applications, Infrastructure, and Data. The role involves guiding customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence to scale AI solutions, modernize applications, and optimize infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and delivery of complex Azure-based solutions for enterprise and government clients.
- Analyze and mitigate critical service outages, aiding the customer to get back in operation as quick as possible keeping customers experience mission as top priority.
- Partner with engineering teams to drive AI-enabled solutions and automation in cloud operations.
- Define and implement customer engagement standards and best practices across the CSA community.
- Guide clients through the full cloud adoption lifecycle: discovery, design, deployment, and optimization.
- Develop and share reusable architectural patterns and reference implementations.
- Mentor internal teams and contribute to technical enablement through training and documentation.
Other
- 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
- This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
