Booz Allen is looking for a full stack developer to help create a system that will make a difference, by developing software and systems from vision to production-ready, and helping clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with developing high-volume, high-availability software solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Experience with ADF, Python Spark, and Delta Lakehouse architecture
- Experience with HTTP and REST architecture, Microservices Architecture, or Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Chef, Ansible, and Terraform
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory (AD), Cosmos DB and Document DB, API Gateway, or Virtual Machine
- Knowledge of triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
Responsibilities
- Develop high-volume, high-availability software solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Use Microsoft Azure managed or serverless services to support messaging, database, data transformation, analytics, or web application hosting
- Configure and monitor application performance using a monitoring solution such as Azure monitoring
- Develop Cloud solutions over an entire software development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing
- Work with version control systems, including GIT, GitHub, or TFS
- Convey technical concepts clearly to varied audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
- Identify needed system improvements and help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to varied audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
- Must be on camera during interviews and assessments
- Must be willing to work from a Booz Allen or client site facility periodically, if position is listed as remote or hybrid
