Forman Mills is seeking a Back End Associate to accurately and efficiently process new merchandise, maintain backroom organization, and support salesfloor operations to drive the continued growth of the company.
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic math functions to operate the register, make change and conduct inventory.
- Safely use a carton knife
- Price ticket fastener gun
- POS Software and Equipment
- Scanning ticketing gun
- Kronos (Time and Attendance)
- Calculator
Responsibilities
- Hang and/or process all new merchandise accurately and efficiently in accordance with Forman Mills productivity standard.
- Unload / load trucks
- Breakdown truck deliveries by sorting cartons by departments on pallets
- Stage sorted pallets to be processed.
- Ensure Processing tables are supplied with pants and shirt hangers.
- Removal of trash and empty pallets in the processing area.
- Perform maintenance duties when needed
Other
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organized backroom.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and thanking each customer in a positive approachable manner.
- Present a positive image towards all team members, customers and the community.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including 2-3 nights per week, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Must be 18 years or older
