The Donovan's Venom, INC. is looking for a Back End Developer to develop and maintain backend services to support their mission of providing music, art, and entertainment to underserved individuals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development using TypeScript (Angular preferred).
- Experience with frontend integration using React.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Kubernetes, and Functions.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript (and relevant frameworks).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications built in React.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability of backend systems.
- Ensure application security and data integrity through best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
