Requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques
- Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or AIRS are preferred
Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability based on technical skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS and other relevant platforms.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking data to support clients in making informed hiring decisions.
