The Infrastructure Delivery Platform Team at ByteDance is responsible for providing reliable, convenient, and unified resource and infrastructure service capabilities. This includes end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, and server fleet management to empower the department's operational efficiency and scalability. The team is looking for interns to contribute to building ByteDance's global infrastructure digital platform.
Requirements
- Passionate about programming with solid coding capabilities and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Proficient in one or multiple programming languages, e.g. Java, Go, C/C++, etc.
- Experienced in the use and optimization of MySQL and Redis, with solid knowledge of Linux systems, TCP/UDP, HTTP protocols, etc.
- Candidates who take the initiative to understand the source code implementations of mainstream frameworks will be preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building ByteDance's global infrastructure digital platform, and undertaking backend development for business operation systems in procurement, delivery, planning, asset management, IDC (Internet Data Center) operation and maintenance, cost management, etc.
- Execute full cycle development, including requirement analysis, solution design, technical feasibility studies, code implementation, and unit testing
- Timely respond to and resolve critical live issues or production emergencies
Other
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer or Fall 2026.
