Requirements
- Backend Engineer with at least 3 years of experience building microservices heavy backend systems and APIs for internal applications on a cloud environment (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Advanced proficiency with Go
- Experience building and scaling backend systems and designing enterprise scale APIs for external and internal applications
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, CDK)

- Own greenfield projects that shape the future of our business—architecting backend systems built for scale, resilience, and speed.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineers, product owners, and data scientists to turn complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.
- Safeguard system reliability by building smart monitoring, alerting, and logging tools that keep our infrastructure healthy and performant.
- Drive impactful technical initiatives from start to finish in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment where your leadership makes a real difference.
- Champion engineering excellence by leading code reviews, sharing best practices, and helping level up the team through mentorship and feedback.
