Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go
- Expertise in RESTful API and GraphQL development
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and best practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Strong database design and management skills with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- In-depth knowledge of security best practices, including encryption, authentication, and secure data handling
- Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and microservices to support conversational AI workflows
- Optimize backend systems for high performance, reliability, and scalability
- Ensure secure and compliant integration with healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, scheduling systems) while adhering to industry standards like HIPAA and FHIR
- Collaborate with the AI team to deploy and manage NLP models in production environments
- Lead the design and implementation of database schemas and data pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data
- Build CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and ensure high availability of backend services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues to minimize system downtime
