Keepsafe is looking to develop next-generation consumer privacy mobile products and needs a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that tackle challenging problems related to security, smart encryption, key management, cloud synchronization, and backend analytics.
Requirements
- Proficiency in backend development using Python 3.x
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of DevOps fundamentals and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Couchbase)
- Familiarity with mobile backend services supporting iOS and Android (Couchbase Server/Gateway)
- Experience with push notifications and real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, MQTT, Firebase Cloud Messaging)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend services supporting mobile applications
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with iOS and Android clients
- Implement robust security measures, including encryption, key management, and authentication protocols
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity across systems
- Implement real-time communication features and push notification services
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app functionality
