Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Django; experience with Java is a plus
- Familiarity with data structures, CI/CD pipelines, software development lifecycle, and backend frameworks
- Strong understanding of business context and a desire to connect engineering solutions to real-world problems
- Solid background in technical fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to code quality
