Keepsafe is looking for a Software Engineer to define and build the next generation of their consumer privacy mobile products, serving millions of users daily and impacting the company's growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in backend development using Python 3.x
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of DevOps fundamentals and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Familiarity with database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Couchbase, Redis)
- Understanding of security best practices, cryptography, and key management
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture (SQS, Pub/Sub)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services supporting our mobile applications
- Implement secure encryption, key management, and data transcoding solutions
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs
- Develop infrastructure and automation scripts to support deployment, monitoring, and scaling
- Implement security best practices, including cryptography and identity management
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay updated with emerging security and privacy technologies

- Minimum 2 years of full-time software engineering experience
