Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth/JWT, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Policy Engine that enforces compliance rules.
- Connect chatbot flows to carrier APIs (appetite checks, quoting triggers).
- Implement audit logging pipelines for transcripts, disclosures, and escalation events.
- Develop escalation paths for routing users to licensed producers.
- Collaborate with AI/ML interns to ensure smooth handoff between chatbot and backend.

- This unpaid internship requires a commitment of 15–20 hours per week for a 3-month period.
- Interns are expected to maintain steady weekly availability to ensure consistent progress toward deliverables.
