Tax Relief Advocates (TRA) needs to ensure seamless automation of lead routing, case management, and e-filing workflows by connecting their AI systems with external platforms like Lacerte, Dynamics/Logics, and Cake.
Requirements
- 2+ years of backend API development experience
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and workflow automation tools
- Experience integrating CRM platforms like Dynamics, Salesforce, or Logics
- Familiarity with Cake or tax filing APIs (e.g., Lacerte)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement API connectors for lead routing, case management, and e-filing
- Automate workflows between CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Logics), Cake, Lacerte, and internal AI platforms
- Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and robust error handling mechanisms
- Optimize data synchronization performance and integration reliability
