Requirements
- Strong backend fundamentals, with experience in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- 3+ years of backend engineering, with at least 1 year at a startup (<100 employees)
- Proven track record shipping complex features to production at scale
- Comfortable balancing speed with rigor in system design and security
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services in Node.js/TypeScript (experience with Go or Python a plus)
- Build APIs and infrastructure powering real-time voice interactions
- Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability
