- Proven ability to optimize and refactor code for performance and scalability
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, ensuring scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, contributing to team alignment and sprint success.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user stories, manage backlog items, and take ownership of complex features or components.
- Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and security of the codebase through refactoring and best practices.
