Requirements
- Strong command of Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Demonstrated expertise in refactoring and optimizing code for better performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile workflows.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and sustain backend systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Engage in Agile team activities including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to support collaboration and successful sprint execution.
- Work closely with product managers and fellow engineers to clarify requirements, manage backlog tasks, and lead development of complex features or modules.
- Enhance codebase quality by applying best practices in performance optimization, scalability improvements, and security hardening.
