Boeing is looking for a first-line manager to lead the Propulsion and Windows M&P Engineering team and Production Support teams to drive innovation and deliver advanced materials and technology solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing industries
- Experience in Materials & Process Engineering
Responsibilities
- Ensures the M&P team is meeting commitments on design development, design reviews, liaison support, qualifications, and supply chain activities.
Other
- The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at the listed location with a travel requirement of approximately 20%.
- Manages, develops and motivates a team of roughly 15-20 M&P engineers across the Propulsion and Windows team.
- Collaborates with Program, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Engineering leaders on Top priorities, RIO management, and technology insertions.
- Manage and execute to budget, staffing, and metrics that evaluate the health of the business.
