Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Product Program Specialist to gather and prioritize feedback from customers and dealers to identify top product issues, drive improvements, and support strategic decisions. The goal is to shape product development, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance the overall rental experience for Cat products in the rental fleet.
Requirements
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, interpret complex data, and apply appropriate tools to inform decision-making.
- Comfortable using digital solutions to streamline processes and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and other relevant technologies.
- Understanding of New Product Introduction and Continuous Product Improvement processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee project processes and procedures, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring the productivity and performance of both the project team and overall delivery.
- Align and support business partners internally with data driven insights into product health and top customer issues
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including setting timelines, allocating responsibilities, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
- Ensure all project materials, deliverables, methodologies, and procedures meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present clear, insightful program-level reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
