Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery and lubrication systems.
- Ability to work with hand tools and lubrication equipment.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in industrial maintenance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Apply lubricants and grease to machinery and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and maintenance schedules.
- Check and maintain fluid levels in machinery, including oil, coolant, and hydraulic fluids.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify lubrication needs and potential issues.
- Clean and maintain lubrication equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
- Record and track lubrication activities, fluid levels, and maintenance performed.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the maintenance supervisor or manager.
