The Boeing Company is seeking a BFMS Systems & Data Analyst to provide engineering-level technical support for the Boeing BFMS Data Service, resolving customer issues related to aeronautical content, format, and data errors/omissions.
Requirements
- 3 years or more experience with ARINC 424 Navigation Data
- 3 years or more experience with Commercial Avionics Platforms
- 3 years or more experience with AIRAC Production Schedules
- 3 years or more proficiency with Instrument Flight Procedures
- 4 years or more experience with ARINC 424 Navigation Data
- 5 years or more experience with ARINC 424 Navigation Data
- Knowledge of Navigation Database extract & delivery
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing technical service & support for Boeing BFMS Data Service™
- Resolve problems and handle requests relating to the aeronautical content in Boeing BFMS Data Services
- Investigate complex technical issues and provide recommended solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring that the Data Services Flow through the Data Systems
- Facilitate the errors and warning processes while monitoring the database processing
- Process Rev. 2 requests – Database Re-deliveries
- Configure Customer Nav Database

- Support Software development efforts, testing of versions, and communicate solutions to cross-functional teams
