FOX Sports is looking for interns to gain practical experience and assist with real-world projects in various departments, contributing to the company's operations in live events, sports media, and entertainment.
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
- Current class standing of sophomore, (second-year college student) or above
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the company and sports media industry
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience working with brand, sports marketing, social media promotion, event planning and to help with its event marketing initiatives; BTN Big 10K, Football Media Days and B1G Tailgate.
- Assist the Big Ten Corporate Partnership department in managing select Big Ten partner activations, including pre-event planning, on-site event activation (i.e., Football Media Days), and recap reports.
- The studio production Intern will help us prepare for the upcoming season, as well as assisting with production of B1G Today studio show. Duties will include logging games, finding footage, and researching historical stories.
- Engineering Intern will help with installation of new set electronics and performing maintenance on broadcast systems.
- During the internship, you will have exposure/will be able to support content strategy/social media distribution, video archives, customer relationship management, and digital research.
- The Intern for the remote production department will work with production staff to help prepare for live game broadcasts on the Big Ten Network and B1G+.
