American Vanguard is looking to ensure accurate technical positioning and development of their biological product line through demand generation, measurement of sell-out performance, and sales conversion efficiency.
Requirements
- Understanding of crop protection products and market.
- Demonstrated sales ability
- Established customer relationships
- Ease of speech and technical mastery of agronomic concepts
- Agronomist, Biotechnology or careers related .
- English bases
- Minimum 5 years agricultural mkt experience, preferably crop protection. Establishment of fieldwork.
- Experience in bio stimulation, biocontrol and special nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Generation of a database of results of plots and works based on the commercial development plan.
- Commercial development of the Bio AMVAC line with End Users with greater potential in their work area.
- Development of technical-commercial relationships with key end-user personnel.
- Definition of technical problems and solution offer (possible implementation of soil or foliar analysis for diagnosis).
- Report on progress and sales results to the sales representative and Bio AMVAC Manager.
- Preparation of a census of key end customers (location, potential, crop, key personnel, etc.).

- Excellent communications skills
- Geographic area covered by the position: Sinaloa and Sonora. (Preferably located in Sinaloa).
- Travel to markets in Sinaloa, BCS & South Sonora.
