Analyze genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic datasets to develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms for biological data, support regulatory submissions with data analysis, and advance biotechnology.
Requirements
- Advanced Python Programming: Proficient in Python programming, particularly within Linux-based High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
- Expertise in Workflow Language: Strong knowledge of workflow languages such as WDL, Nextflow, and/or Snakemake for automating and managing computational workflows.
- Version Control with Git: Experienced in tracking and managing code using Git for version control.
- Extensive Experience in Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
