Develop a next-generation computational platform for antibody-based therapeutic design and assessment.
Requirements
- Strong front-end development skills (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience building automated computational pipelines for scientific applications.
- Understanding of protein structure, antibody design, or biophysics (a plus).
- Familiarity with molecular modeling tools (MOE, Schrödinger, or similar).
- Knowledge of antibody engineering and developability assessment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, web-based interfaces for antibody and multispecific modeling workflows.
- Develop and optimize database schemas for managing molecular modeling data and metadata.
- Build and maintain FastAPI-based backend services to support computational pipelines.
- Integrate molecular modeling tools (e.g., MOE, Schrödinger) into automated workflows.
- Ensure code quality through modular design, documentation, and maintainability.
- Support platform deployment and testing in cloud-based environments.
Other
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Physics, or related field with 2–3 years of experience.
- Collaborate with scientists and data scientists to translate research needs into robust software solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry settings.
