Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral degree program in Statistics or Biostatistics
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Preference giving to candidates with a record of outstanding academic achievement
- Ability to apply statistical methodologies and perform analysis of non-clinical or clinical study data
- Ability to conduct analyses using SAS and/or R
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical methodologies and perform analysis of non-clinical or clinical study data and present results to a cross-functional team
- Demonstrate working knowledge of a wide variety of principles, theories and concepts in statistics and experimental design; must be able to apply them to the development and analysis of studies specific to molecular diagnostics
- Conduct analyses using SAS and/or R
- Apply basic statistical methodology learned in an academic setting to a real-world industry setting
- Summarize the work for future departmental use and potentially produce a peer-reviewed publication
- Exercise strong organizational skills with an emphasis on reproducibility and traceability of project work and program files
- Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures

- Currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral degree program
- Ability to work designated schedule
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day
- Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization
