Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee company budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Supervise the outsourced accounting team and authorize all financial statements.
- Evaluate financial data to identify patterns and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Maintain sufficient liquidity to meet financial commitments and pursue growth initiatives.
- Assist fundraising activities by supplying accurate financial information and forecasts.
- Remain current on financial markets and industry trends affecting corporate finances.
- Establish and manage the organization’s financial infrastructure
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred.
