Responsibilities
- Manages priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance.
- Leads, plans and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
- Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience.
- Drives the employee experience, acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching and development.
- Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk.
- Exercises leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Other
- 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- No Degree required, but related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties is necessary.
