Newell Brands is looking to solve the problem of seamlessly embedding the brand vision within digital and software-based consumer experiences for the DYMO brand.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in software environments or with connected devices, including app-based platforms, IoT, or embedded software interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of product development cycles, software sprints, and UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to speak both 'brand' and 'tech'—comfortable navigating between creative storytelling and agile backlogs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and consumer-centric design.
  • Experience with digital or software-driven consumer products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand-side owner of the software features tracker, working with development to define scope, timelines, and release sequencing.
  • Gather and interpret feedback from Customer Care, sales teams, and field insights to inform platform improvements.
  • Establish in partnership with R&D a process for internal (or external) real-life field testing of alpha and beta release.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research and identify emerging trends or differentiators relevant to DYMO’s business verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with trade marketing and commercial teams to adapt software features for retail readiness, demo experiences, and shopper engagement.
  • Translate brand DNA into software interfaces, digital tools, and connected product experiences.
  • Guide UI/UX development to ensure brand consistency, tone, and emotional resonance with consumers.

Other

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication, with strong digital/tech exposure
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand management or product marketing, ideally with exposure to digital or software-driven consumer products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • A passion for technology, innovation, and consumer-centric design.
