UST HealthProof is looking for a Business Analyst to support configuration activities for health plans, aiming to simplify complex administrative tasks and allow customers to prioritize member well-being.
Requirements
- HealthRules, Facets, AMISYS or QNXT experience in configuration
- Analytical Abilities
- Critical thinking
- Familiar with debugging and testing concepts
- Work with teams to quickly find and document root causes, and effectively communicate possible resolutions.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
- Experience with Agile tools and methodologies including JIRA and SCRUM
Responsibilities
- Support teams manage incidents, gather requirements, configure, unit test and provide requirements to offshore for configuration.
- Validate offshore configuration activities by performing peer reviews to ensure adequate testing has been done prior to releasing to production.
- Work with customers and develop process workflows.
- Analyze business requirements, configure and unit test software (HealthRules Payor)
- Work independently to solve and test complex scenarios.
- Analyze data and draw conclusions.
- Synthesize complex information.

- Must be strong in at least one domain in HealthRules and act as a lead in that domain.
- This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking skills and must be an analytical person who’s able to grasp customer needs and works with the team lead to develop solutions as needed to support the customer.

- Be a functional lead in at least one module of HealthRules Payor (i.e., Benefits, Pricing, Claims) and direct other team members as needed.
