Requirements
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency with requirements gathering methodologies including BDD and user stories
- Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidcharts, or Draw.io
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or system design within AI-driven analytics, healthcare data solutions, automation, or software development projects
- Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years)
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, especially claim processing, is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and negotiate requirements ensuring solutions meet real needs
- Collaborate with developers and technical staff to determine project scope and effort estimates
- Develop cost-effective, customer-centric solutions in collaboration with project teams
- Perform walkthroughs with development staff during transition from analysis to implementation
- Support technical design, programming, unit testing, and deployment phases of projects
- Coordinate and update functional specifications as project requirements evolve
- Lead small to large projects with low to medium complexity independently

- Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
