Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI for reporting and visualization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation
- Experience with MS Power Automate
- Experience with R, Python, or Mini-Tab for statistical analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and modeling
- Familiarity with DAX and Power Query (M Language)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and other tools
- Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques using R, Python, or Mini-Tab
- Analyze and interpret data from Business Central and other systems to support operational and financial decision-making
- Present findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Document data definitions, report logic, and business processes

- full-time direct hire, remote position with a few days per month in the office and some travel to other US company sites as needed (<15%)
- Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Fleet management
