Nestlé Professional Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to improve the accuracy of reporting capabilities and drive change within their customer base by identifying trends, generating reports, and delivering data-driven actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with SAP and Exceedra is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from SAP, Exceedra (TPM system), SQL, and other sources to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives and help optimize the functionality of Exceedra.
- Translate technical data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Liaise between business systems and IT to align technology solutions with business needs.

- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and IT.
- Support in leading cross-functional initiatives that support strategic decisions and drive operational alignment in a complex business environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand contract structures and ensure accurate financial execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- ~3 years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or trade analytics.
