Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and analysis tools
- Experience in designing data collection models and supporting reporting functionalities
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor business performance and identify trends or anomalies
- Support the development and improvement of reporting functionalities and data collection models
- Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and patterns
- Generate comprehensive reports on market trends, both historical and current, to inform strategic planning
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to streamline data gathering, storage, and retrieval processes
- Provide ad-hoc research and analysis support as needed to facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
