Ambry Genetics Corporation is looking to solve business problems related to insurance/health plan reimbursement, assessing key business metrics, and creating accessible reports to drive action.
Requirements
- Python, sQl, machine learning, and data visualization experience required
- Alteryx, AWS, Tableau, RCM Platform, and NLP experience preferred
- SalesForce a plus
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or a related field required
- Revenue Cycle Management or market access experience preferred
- Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired
Responsibilities
- Assist with projects as requested
- Come up with creative technological solutions
- Using health plan claims and prior authorization data to increase collection rates and drive profitability proactively
- Use analytics tools to mine data and apply machine learning for actionable insights
- Automate workflows and train other departments on automation
- Work with AWS Data Lake / QuickSight and Tableau to combine data and create reports
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Must have the ability to explain complex analyses to a wide variety of audiences
