The company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage and optimize the capital spend for IT infrastructure projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Power BI, and IT infrastructure terminology.
- 3+ years in IT Infrastructure, Asset Management, or IT Project Coordination.
- 3–5 years in IT within a large or mid-sized multinational healthcare organization preferred.
Responsibilities
- Validate and execute purchase order requests based on funding and project scope.
- Track purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Confirm accuracy and manage equipment tracking.
- Identify and implement improvements, develop metrics, and automate workflows.
- Perform monthly reviews of departmental financial performance vs. plan and provide insights for key capital projects.
- Partner with RCE Center of Excellence and global teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely spending.
- Manage OUS purchase order coordination and intercompany billing.
