Requirements
- Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms within an Agile environment
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management processes and tools
- Experience in creating functional specifications for software development projects
- Experience with SaaS, AI, or ML projects and technical implementations
- Knowledge of process mining and workflow documentation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to document the IT infrastructure and systems used by clients, ensuring that solutions are tailored to their technical environment.
- Assist in designing solutions, testing new features, and refining functionalities based on user feedback during pilot phases.
- Analyze and understand client user journeys, developing detailed process flows to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Document current workflows, systems, and IT infrastructure used by clients, supporting the engineering team in understanding technical environments
- Create detailed functional specifications covering all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Design and execute testing plans to evaluate feature performance against key performance indicators aligned with business objectives
- Provide ongoing support to internal teams and clients, addressing issues promptly and effectively
Other
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, financial analyst, or computer science role
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data clearly
