Client is launching a major initiative to replace its legacy AS400-based Tax Management System with a modern solution for TEKsystems

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or public sector environments
• Experience supporting tax system modernization or similar enterprise system replacement projects
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices
• AS400 experience
• RFP development experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax SMEs and stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
• Analyze current AS400 system functionality to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to RFP development by defining functional and technical requirements
• Assist in vendor evaluation and solution mapping to business needs
• Create process maps, use cases, and functional specifications for system design and implementation
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather insights and drive consensus
• Support testing, training, and change management during implementation
