Ross is looking to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization by developing reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics that illuminate business performance, uncover opportunities, and validate new initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience managing and analyzing large datasets in Microsoft Excel or other BI and/or data visualization tools
- Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting solutions using Excel, Access, Power BI, and internal data platforms to support Merchandising strategy and operations.
- Work includes enhancements to existing reports and building new tools to drive business analysis.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for all reports under this control area.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and data investigations to answer business questions, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Develop insights and analytics from data/reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end reporting process.

Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, or Statistics
- 4-6 years of data analytics experience.
- Retail or supply chain background preferred but not necessary
- Passion for analytics, working with data and deriving insights to answer business stakeholder questions and drive actions and decision-making
- Organizationally and operationally savvy
