Monks is looking for a Business Analyst to provide operational and technical support to legal specialists managing incoming law enforcement requests for data, ensuring requests flow smoothly through internal systems and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency with workflow/case management tools.
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential information a plus.
- Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support US legal specialists by maintaining and monitoring request workflows in case management systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed, while identifying when issues are procedural vs. technical.
- Document common issues and contribute to process and system improvements by partnering with product manager on future requirements.
- Assist in preparing summaries, reports, and metrics related to request volumes and response times.
- Support process improvements by identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled securely and in compliance with our company’s privacy policies.

- 3–5 years in operations, system support, or legal/administrative support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to differentiate system errors from process gaps.
