STERIS is looking to leverage data analytics and Salesforce platform expertise to drive strategic initiatives, analyze sales performance, forecast customer trends, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, and Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Proven experience leading business analysis initiatives in Agile environments
- Strong background in solution architecture, business process redesign, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations
- Experience with Snowflake database administration and CRM analytics tools like Tableau is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver advanced reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights into sales performance, customer engagement, revenue, and volume trends
- Align Salesforce capabilities with organizational strategies by developing functional and technical solutions supporting business goals
- Conduct detailed business analysis to translate challenges into clear specifications and lead the implementation process for sales and leadership teams
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions utilizing lean methodologies
- Assess business requirements, evaluate platform capabilities, and recommend efficient solutions leveraging native Salesforce features and automation tools
- Lead cross-functional teams through the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications
- Manage Salesforce-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

- Approximately 30% domestic and 10% international travel, with the expectation of visiting the Mentor, Ohio headquarters periodically to collaborate with local teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis and/or data engineering
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
