The company is looking for a Business Analyst to provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content, and to support a product rollout for a Data Health Dashboard. They need someone to help identify data, coordinate meetings, and collect information to deliver messages for internal tools and metrics.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge within Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge with Confluence and Jira is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and enhancements
- Maintain and manage backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals
- identifying data and coordinating meetings to discuss internal tools and metrics on various platforms, quarterly newsletters and town halls, etc. and collecting the information and data from the product owner and helping them deliver their message
- supporting a product rollout
- working with Power BI teams
- working with Confluence and Jira
Other
- Proven project management, organizational change, detail-orientation, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities
- Oral and written communication skills and the ability to understand compliance policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures
- Strong organization, documentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Banking, product/financial services and/or auditing or compliance experience would be preferred
- Financial services experience is required due to terminology with other stakeholders
- Onsite 2+ days per week in Pittsburgh during the temporary assignment
- Conversion to FTE is the ideal scenario if possible
