TikTok's Creative and Brand Innovation Product Team is looking to solve the problem of empowering brands to drive measurable business outcomes through full-funnel marketing solutions that combine creative content with advanced AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in internet monetization, consulting, or areas such as brand advertising, creator marketing, or AIGC is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high data sensitivity; experience with advanced data analysis and tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a business analyst in the strategy operations team, supporting the performance analysis and strategic planning of brand advertising, creator marketing, and AIGC creative solutions.
  • Build KPI systems, define and break down product and regional targets, and regularly conduct business performance reviews to identify key issues.
  • Partner with product and regional operations teams to investigate business problems through data-driven analysis, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct regular research with external clients and partners to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Support the development of annual business strategy plans and align with key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic communication across operations, product, and sales teams to drive key initiatives, support innovation, and enhance organizational capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Proactive, strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills; quick learner with high adaptability and resilience.
  • Commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026.
  • Ability to interact and occasionally have unsupervised contact with internal/external clients and/or colleagues;
  • Ability to appropriately handle and manage confidential information including proprietary and trade secret information and access to information technology systems;
